Sega Genesis (Mega Drive) Roms

The Sega Genesis (known as the Sega Mega Drive outside of the USA) was a 16 bit console and the successor to the Sega Master System. The system was Sega's most successful console selling 29 million units worldwide, although ultimately it was some way behind the sales of the Super Nintendo. Originally released 2 years before the SNES, the console offered superior graphics and sound to the NES and Master system. In 1994 the Sega 32X add-on was released to allow 32-bit titles to be produced for the system. Several hundred Sega Genesis games and Sega Mega Drive game were released over the years meaning we now have over 5000 Sega Genesis Roms, Sega Mega Drive Roms and Sega 32X Roms online.
