1) Why don't you have a forum, file ratings, comments etc?
We don't really have time to moderate file specific comments. We might add ratings in the future - who knows? We might even have a forum one day. Maybe.

2) Will you ever have game screenshots?
Probably not. You know what the games you download look like because you already own a copy, remember?

3) Isn't selling files like you do wrong?
We do not sell files. We are a public libary of digital works. We simply charge for the bandwidth to access the files. If you want to fly yourself and a member of the romBay.com team to our data center, we will happily let you copy files from our server to your USB stick at no charge.

4) Can I use some images / text from your site on my website?
No. But we're probably too lazy to stop you. So yes.

5) Can I host files from your site on my site?
Of course, if you do so legally. We do not own the rom/iso files here - we just act as a digital libary to allow users to legally access them.
